Payments & Refunds

A payment of at least 1/2 the tuition is required to reserve a spot in any youth class. Tuition should be paid in full by the 1st week of classes (unless a payment plan has been arranged). There are no refunds after the 3rd class of a trimester. A credit may be applied to a future trimester less the registration fee and classes reserved/taken. Classes are only pro-rated after 3rd session.

Prior to the 3rd class, class tuition is refundable less the registration fee and classes reserved/taken.

Trial & Make-Up Classes

A trial class is available to new students. Upon registration, the cost of the trial class will be included in the tuition. Each student is allowed to take 2 make-up classes within the same trimester in an equivalent , age appropriate class. Please call in advance to arrange for a make-up class.

After School Pick Ups

BAX will walk your child from local schools with enough interest. Please inquire in the office.

Must be reserved for the entire trimester. $5 per day.
