Our special youth projects and festivals provide an opportunity for young people from a vast array of cultures and backgrounds to find a common bond through dance and theater. These projects are structured to treat young artists with the respect given to professionals. They participate in the same process as the professional projects produced by BAX. All programs provide young people with options and choices in further education and careers. They are mentored by and learn from professional choreographers, playwrights, dancers, lighting designers and production staff and have exposure to the marketing and press aspects of producing a concert.

We’ve created a fan page on Facebook for BAX’s Young Artists. A place where young artists can share their experiences with each other and stay connected.
