We are deeply committed to offering financial assistance for all of its education programs.  No student is turned away based on the inability to pay. Approximately 20% of the student population receives some level of financial assistance.

General Financial Assistance

Families interested in financial assistance may download an application form from the website.  Although there are no full scholarships, parents are asked to state what they can afford to pay and simply explain their circumstances. You must re-apply before the beginning of each term, with the exception of Dance Performance Workshop and BAXco students who apply annually. Families receiving financial assistance are asked to volunteer for projects and special events from time to time. Download the Scholarship Application Form.

Dani Nikas Fund for the Development of Young Dancers

This Fund was developed to honor the memory of Dani Nikas, a former director of our Young Peoples Performing Workshop. Dani inspired her student’s imagination, trust and passion and helped create some rather exceptional dancers. She had the gift of making each of her students feel good about where they were. She inspired them to create interesting work and challenged them to move forward in ways they didn’t know were possible. Her love of dance passed through to anyone who ever took a class with her. Young people who have a deep commitment to the study and exploration of dance and who are in financial need will be eligible to receive full and partial scholarships.
